Job Role
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organization across all four business lines, reporting directly to the BOC. This role is responsible for corporate strategy, financial performance, business expansion, investor relations, and operational excellence, while building a high-performance executive team and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute long-term vision and strategy across Product, Project, Placement, and Academy.
- Translate vision into measurable OKRs, business plans, and growth targets.
- Position the company as a leading software house in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Financial & Governance
- Own P&L performance across all divisions.
- Oversee budgeting, capital allocation, and fundraising activities.
- Build strong investor and BOC relations through transparent reporting.
- Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and financial standards.
- Business Expansion
- Scale adoption of SaaS products among enterprise and government sectors.
- Drive IT outsourcing growth by securing major placement contracts.
- Expand the Academy as a revenue stream and talent funnel.
- Build strategic partnerships and explore international opportunities.
- Executive Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and align the executive team (COO, CSMO, CTO).
- Foster accountability and collaboration across all functions.
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and incentives.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across all business lines.
- Oversee risk management and issue escalation.
- Track performance metrics and guarantee consistent achievement of targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in software/technology companies.
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS, outsourcing, or tech-enabled businesses.
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and corporate governance.
- Technical and Strategic Expertise:
- Corporate strategy, business expansion, and P&L ownership.
- Strong understanding of SaaS economics (CAC/LTV) and scaling operations.
- Knowledge of digital solutions and edtech preferred.
- Professional Skills:
- Executive management and board-level communication.
- Strong leadership, people development, and stakeholder management.
- Financial acumen with budgeting and capital efficiency focus.
- Language Skills: business-level oral and written English.
