Job Role

The VP of IT will be responsible for leading integration strategies and managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with strong IT and product integration expertise, particularly in fintech and trading platforms, to oversee the integration of products, processes, and technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional integration teams (Product, IT, Operations, Finance).
• Define project timelines, track milestones, and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including acquired business leadership.
• Standardize integration processes and tools (playbooks, due diligence checklists, post-integration plans).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks.
• Develop and manage budgets with financial efficiency.
• Conduct post-integration reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support process build-out to serve dynamic global customer needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  • Min. 10 years in IT involving Product Integration, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional integration efforts.
  • Previous or recent exposure in fintech, startup, or digital industries, preferably crypto, stock, forex.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset (strategic + tactical).
  • Financial acumen with budget management capability.
• Professional Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Language Skills: business-level oral and written English.
