We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Support Manager to own and elevate our core technology landscape. In this leadership role, you will oversee our critical systems—from networks and servers to cloud services and data centers—and lead the talented team that keeps our entire business powered.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 - Design & Execute: Architect, implement, and manage our critical infrastructure systems, ensuring they meet stringent standards for security, performance, and availability.
 - Drive Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our infrastructure, including cloud adoption, modernization, and scalability initiatives.
 - Ensure Resilience: Oversee and implement robust cybersecurity measures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
 - Optimize Operations: Manage the entire infrastructure lifecycle, from budgeting and vendor management to incident response, problem resolution, and service delivery using ITIL best practices.
 
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a demonstrated history of leading and developing technical teams.
 - Deep Technical Expertise: Hands-on mastery and strategic      understanding of:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server/Client and strong familiarity with Linux/Unix (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu).
 - Networking: Core concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds).
 - Cloud & Virtualization: Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS, and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
 - Identity & Storage: Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD and understanding of SAN/NAS storage solutions.
 - Endpoint Management: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM.
 
 - Security-First Mindset: Strong knowledge of security fundamentals: patch management, EDR, vulnerability management, and frameworks like NIST or CIS Controls.
 - Strategic Acumen: Experience with cloud migration, large-scale project management, and developing long-term infrastructure strategies.
 - Automation Advocate: Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency is a significant plus.
 - Excellent Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels and lead during high-pressure incidents.
