About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company, first launched in the Philippines and then expanded into Indonesia in late 2023. The company provides construction financing solutions for real estate developers, focusing on residential housing, with the goal of making housing development more accessible and efficient in Indonesia.

With a sales development team already active across Java, the company is now expanding its footprint in East Java, especially in satellite cities where traditional banks have limited penetration. The business directly competes with banks but differentiates itself with flexibility, speed, and focus on underserved regions.

Job Role

As a Sales Development, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and building long-term relationships with real estate developers. You will pitch financing products, identify and qualify leads, follow up consistently, and close deals. This role is critical in expanding the company’s presence in East Java’s fast-growing housing development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch and sell construction loan products to prospective customers (real estate developers).
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads; follow up consistently to secure deals.
  • Build and maintain a customer database and sales pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with developer partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and loan disbursement processes.
  • Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support business growth strategy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition in property, mortgage (KPR), or real estate.
    • Experience working in financial services companies, or financial technology companies.
  • Language Skills: English (basic to intermediate).
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify leads, build networks, and manage relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel across East Java satellite cities, like (Sidoarjo, Gresik, Jombang, Mojokerto, Kediri, Jember, Tapal Kuda, Banyuwangi, Madura, and so on.
