Your Role:

• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print media, including websites, brochures, advertisements, slide deck templates, product packaging, and promotional materials.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with creatives, marketing and sales teams, and the Head Design to produce impactful visual content and cohesive graphic design and animation assets.
• Produce branded merchandise and promotional materials for events and partnerships.
• Develop visually appealing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.
• Create compelling graphic assets including logos, icons, typography, and illustrations to support motion graphics and digital content creation.
• Develop concepts for image and video-based visual content; creating storyboards to communicate the overall vision to all stakeholders and, where possible, shooting content.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with creative design, development, and best practices in a business environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including branding, digital design, and video work.
• Excellent understanding of foundational design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.
• Ability to communicate design concepts to multiple audiences of varying backgrounds effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented, enjoys solving design challenges and excels at working with cross-functional teams to bring creative projects to life.

Tools

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express).
• Experience with UI/UX design tools is a plus (e.g., Figma).
• Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is beneficial.
