Role Summary

We are looking for a fast, skilled, and creative Video Editor who can produce high-volume, high-quality content daily. You will edit everything from short-form reels (15–30 seconds) to long-form YouTube content using DaVinci Resolve.

This is a production-heavy role. The expectation is to deliver 40+ final videos per day, mostly reels and shorts, optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and YouTube.
• Deliver 40+ final videos per day — mainly reels and short clips (15–30 seconds).
• Work with content creators, producers, and social media managers to align edits with brand strategy.
• Apply creative cuts, transitions, captions, and effects to maximize engagement.
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats for different platforms.
• Maintain consistent quality while hitting daily output targets.
• Stay updated with social media video trends and editing styles.
• Organize and manage footage, project files, and exports for easy access.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (mandatory).
• Fast editing skills with ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
• Experience editing for social media (reels, shorts, TikTok) and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of pacing, music sync, captions, and viral trends.
• Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with high-output production targets.
• Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
