Business Development Manager (Hospitality)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential segments within Hospitality, F&B, and Lifestyle industries.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Identify and establish partnerships, collaborations, and business alliances with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, legal) to ensure alignment on expansion projects.
- Prepare business cases, budget proposals, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Drive end-to-end execution of expansion projects and ensure measurable results.
- Report progress, opportunities, and risks directly to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, Lifestyle, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business expansion, new market entry, or partnership development.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in budget planning and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different levels.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
