Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Set sales targets, track results, and guide the team to achieve them.
- Find new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Manage the full sales cycle from leads to closing deals.
- Act as the main contact for key clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and represent the company at industry events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and use CRM tools to track performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, architecture, building materials, tiles, or related industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and close deals in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel locally and potentially regionally as business needs require.
