Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Set sales targets, track results, and guide the team to achieve them.
  • Find new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from leads to closing deals.
  • Act as the main contact for key clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and represent the company at industry events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and use CRM tools to track performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, architecture, building materials, tiles, or related industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and close deals in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel locally and potentially regionally as business needs require.
