Job Description: Technical Sourcer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The Technical Sourcer will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering, product, and other technical roles. This position requires strong research skills, creativity in candidate engagement, and the ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and technical skill sets.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Utilize advanced Boolean searches, market mapping, and other sourcing tools to find passive candidates.
- Engage and nurture candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data management in the ATS/CRM system.
- Track and report sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline progress, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or in a similar talent sourcing role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineering, data science, product, DevOps, etc.) and associated skills.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Experience in a fast-paced tech startup or global recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Basic technical knowledge (programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms) to evaluate candidates effectively.
