Sales Engineer (Manager - General Manager, EPC)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle from business development, tendering, bidding, to project acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders in EPC, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and procurement teams to deliver competitive proposals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, driving performance and accountability.
- Report to senior management and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8–15+ years of experience in technical sales or business development in EPC, construction, mining, or oil & gas.
- Proven track record in managing tenders, bids, and closing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English; willing to travel as required.
