Position: Business Development Executive.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Business Development: Identify, target, and onboard potential SMEs, investors and entrepreneurs to expand our platform's user base.
2. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with both entrepreneurs and investors.
3. Product Demonstration: Show potential clients the value proposition of our platform, guiding them through its features and benefits.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure consistent achievement of predefined sales targets and growth objectives.
5. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the startup and investment sector, providing regular feedback for platform enhancement.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless user experience for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the tech or startup ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan SME landscape and investment climate.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for startups, technology, and innovations.
