The founders’ mission to create a sustainable and luxurious community was fueled by their unique privilege of handpicking premium land plots. Today, the once remote and inaccessible location has been transformed, with infrastructure development and improvements in transportation making the journey to our community seamless and effortless.

Our client’s land plots all feature expansive ocean views as well as access to the beaches. Internal roads, water and electricity are all in place and our land plots are forecasted to increase in value by 20% annually across the next few years. Owners may choose to hold this premium land for pure capital gain or build a dream villa for personal use and enjoy rental returns.

Job Role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead all marketing, branding, and promotional activities across the client’s luxury real estate portfolio, including premium land plots, custom-built villas, and residential developments in Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa. The person will promote and position the client’s developments, as premium investment and lifestyle destinations.

Working closely with the Sales team, this role is responsible for building brand awareness, creating marketing campaigns, and organizing high-profile events that attract international investors and high-net-worth clients. The Group Marketing Manager will oversee both corporate-level branding for the developer group and project-level marketing for individual developments, ensuring a consistent and prestigious image across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand presence and support sales of luxury villas and land plots.
  • Lead branding, digital campaigns, PR, and high-profile events targeting international and high-net-worth buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to design impactful marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Manage partnerships with media, luxury lifestyle platforms, and event organizers to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Track marketing performance, analyze ROI, and present actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure consistent luxury branding across all channels, from online presence to on-site events.
  • Represent the company at international property shows, luxury fairs, and investor gatherings when required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience within the Marketing functions.
    • Minimum 3 years of marketing, branding, or communications roles.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong background in brand building, event management, and digital marketing.
    • Experience working with international markets and high-profile client segments.
    • Candidates with a background in luxury goods (jewelry, watches, designer fashion, etc.) will also be considered.
  • Language Skills: business-level oral and written English.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Creative, strategic, and capable of elevating brand perception in the luxury real estate sector.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Mobility: Willing to be based on-site in Bali and travel frequently to Lombok and Sumbawa.
