Strategic Deal Maker | Real Estate Financing & Disposition | Client Mandates, Financial Modelling & Investor Engagement

Senior Broker / Investment Banking

The successful candidate will be based in the Capital Markets department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Achieving Individual and Revenue Targets through Advising across Real Estate Financing, Land Disposition, Building Disposition

 Working with the Execution Team as per team process for placement of Deals

 Sourcing new clients and closing executable client mandates per year, securing, and collecting fees

 Query Resolution Support

 Financial Modelling of Real Estate Project Cash Flows

 Preparation of Pitch Books and Presentation

 Mapping and Profiling of Key Institutional Investors & Developers database

 Support all knowledge requirements for Offshore mandates

Key Skills:

 Developer, Landlord and Financial Institutions relationships.

 Individually sourced and closed real estate transactions across financing or/and land sales or purchase or/ and building sales

 Financial Modelling

 Financial Analysis

 Real Estate Finance knowledge or Project Finance knowledge will be a plus

 Understanding of Financial statements will be a plus  ** ** Must Haves:

 Minimum 8-12 years of experience

 MBA in General Management / Finance / CA

Required Qualification:

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) ,CA (Charted Accountant)
