About the Role

As a Product Engineer Intern (Cyber Security), you will help strengthen and refine our bootcamps by improving security-focused curriculum content, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) with an emphasis on secure delivery, and collaborating with instructors to integrate feedback on emerging threats and industry practices.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Instructor, you’ll also support process optimization with a strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and secure practices.

This role offers hands-on cybersecurity exposure and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment, directly shaping the quality and safety of our bootcamp programs.ㅤ

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Enhancement

  • Update and enhance cybersecurity modules, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards.
  • Ensure the curriculum reflects real-world cyber threats, including topics such as network security, internet security, mobile security, cloud security, cybercrime investigation, and identity and access management (IAM).
  • Incorporate security frameworks and best practices into the content, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and methodologies.
  • Update the curriculum to include emerging areas such as Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Regulations and Compliance, and Cryptography.
  • Manage the LMS to ensure the secure and seamless delivery of course materials, with proper access controls and monitoring. ㅤ ㅤ

Instructor Collaboration

  • Conduct regular syncs with cybersecurity instructors to gather feedback and integrate the latest trends (cloud security, zero trust, DevSecOps).
  • Serve as the point of contact for cybersecurity-related curriculum updates and technical improvements. ㅤㅤ

What We’re Looking For

Skills

  • Familiarity with security concepts such as authentication, authorization, OWASP Top 10, and encryption.
  • Basic knowledge of web development stacks (MERN preferred) with an understanding of secure coding practices.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. ㅤ

Experience

  • Pursuing or having completed a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity projects, labs, or CTFs is a plus.
  • Prior experience with LMS management, curriculum development, or security research is an advantageㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
