Job Scope
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
- Managing office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Supervising the administrative staff and providing guidance and support.
- Implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Managing records and documentation, both physical and digital.
- Managing employee data and ensuring data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing organisational needs and industry trends.
