We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Fleet Support team in the role of Finance & Admin Driver(s). In this role the Finance & Admin Driver is responsible for ensuring the timely assistance of delivery, dispatching and pick – up /drop- off any related tasks as assigned by your Fleet Coordinator. You will be Responsible for the Safe and on time service delivery in your role as a driver.

Responsibilities:

· Transporting Staff and or packages to and from destinations.

· Ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.

· Follow an optimized delivery route to ensure efficiency and reduce delays. Manage time effectively to meet scheduled delivery times.

· Maintain a high standard of customer service, interacting politely and professionally with clients and retailers. Address any concerns or queries they might have regarding the deliveries.

· Maintains daily vehicle checklist and report faults.

· Fulfilling administrative needs, like office pick -up, office stationaries and supplies.

· Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.

· Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.

· Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Take necessary precautions to prevent accidents and injuries during delivery operations.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

· Valid Class 6 PNG Driver’s license.

· Valid Police Clearance within the last 6 months.

· Medical Report within the last 6 months.

· Proven experience as an Admin Driver, preferably in the FMCG or logistics sector. Familiarity with local routes is advantageous.

· Ability to handle physical tasks, including loading and unloading products

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks when given.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
