Key Responsibilities:
● Translate digital strategy into actionable content plans across multiple channels tailored to platform behavior, audience preferences and brand objectives.
● Lead the planning and execution of content calendars ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and storytelling while maintaining excitement and engagement.
● Lead coordination between internal social media, creative production, and agency teams to deliver timely, high-impact content that resonates on each platform.
● Drive content performance by continuously optimizing creative direction, messaging based on data, platform insights and algorithm shifts.
● Analyze and report on content performance and audience behavior. Proactively provide insights and action plans for optimization and improvements.
● Lead community engagement initiatives including campaign-driven interactions, UGC activations and audience response management to strengthen brand connection.
Qualifications/Requirements
● Min. 5 years of experience in social media or digital content, preferably in beauty, fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
● Strong understanding of platform behavior, content formats and viral mechanics, community engagement, and platform-specific algorithms.
● Strong coordination and project management skills—comfortable working with content creators, internal teams, and external partners.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
● Curious, Insight-driven and passionate about using content to create emotional resonance with audiences.
● Must have interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
