- A technology and software development company providing IT resource placement, web & mobile app development, enterprise systems, AI, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. Lumoshive also operates Lumoshive Academy for IT bootcamps and tech upskilling, supporting businesses and individuals in digital transformation.
Job Role
The client is seeking a junior to mid-level managerial professional to act as the financial overseer of the three entities, which are our client and its two subsidiaries. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash flow management, and compliance across the group, and will be responsible for leading financial operations, while reporting directly to the BOD and BOC, requiring high levels of integrity, accountability, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations – Oversee daily finance activities including cash flow, AR/AP, journals, petty cash, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Group Reporting – Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with analysis and recommendations for BOD and BOC.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost control to support business growth.
- Compliance & Audit – Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory reporting, and manage external audits and advisors.
- System & Process Optimization – Implement and standardize accounting systems (Accurate, Jurnal.id, ERP) and improve efficiency across companies.
- Business Partnering – Provide financial insights and support strategic decisions in collaboration with business leaders.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum SMA/SMK in Accounting. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance/Accounting/Business preferred.
- Language: having adequate proficiency in English to read through documents, making reports, writing emails, etc.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a proven track record in financial management.
- At least a former Assistant Manager/Finance Manager in a group or multi-entity environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of financial workflows, AR/AP, petty cash, journals, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal.id, or ERP systems).
- Professional Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
