Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to support ARK Holiday Resorts in driving bookings and business growth. This role offers hands-on experience in lead management, sales conversion, and client relationship building within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed sales (hotel stays, events, F&B bookings, or business services).
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Sinhala with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align offers, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support sales pitches, presentations, and reporting using AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Confident, outgoing, and client-focused.
  • Interest in sales, customer service, and hospitality.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with basic tools (Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp).
