Your Role:
- Own the operational health of our entire facility, from production machinery to building systems, implementing a robust proactive maintenance strategy (preventive and predictive) to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Lead all maintenance activities, ensuring all machines and equipment are serviced, calibrated, and running efficiently to support our R&D and production goals.
- Manage all facility operations, including space planning, vendor management for services (security, janitorial, etc.), and ensuring the workspace is a productive and safe environment for all employees.
- Guarantee a safe and compliant work environment by developing, implementing, and enforcing all health & safety protocols and ensuring the facility meets all regulatory standards.
- Develop and mentor the maintenance and facilities team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage budgets and resources for all maintenance and facility operations, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending on repairs, upgrades, and service contracts.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to understand their needs and provide the necessary facility and equipment support to ensure their success.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance and facility management, preferably within a tech, R&D, or light manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with maintaining CNC machinery (e.g., HAAS) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing maintenance for a diverse range of technical and production equipment.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and operational budgets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
