- Formulate commercial strategies grounded in data analysis of sales performance, channel performance, and market trends to drive optimal growth.
- Develop an integrated omnichannel strategy connecting online (website & marketplace), offline stores, and consignment channels by understanding the full customer journey.
- Manage and optimize all distribution channels to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and drive business innovation, such as developing new revenue streams, loyalty programs, or relevant new distribution models.
- Develop adaptive, data‑driven pricing and promotional strategies to boost conversions and enhance margin.
- Lead the channel teams (sales, marketplace, DTC, offline) using a collaborative, delegative, and team‑development focused approach.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure that commercial execution aligns with brand and product strategies.
- Oversee external relationships with strategic partners such as marketplace platforms, distributors, and third parties for negotiation and collaboration.
- Monitor performance in real time and execute rapid optimizations based on data and evolving market conditions.
- Manage campaign and promotion execution in alignment with the brand calendar, product availability, and changing market demand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Head of Sales
- Deep understanding of both offline and online sales strategies, with expertise in omnichannel management
- Strong capability to analyze sales data
