With an ambitious growth plan in place, we are looking for a driven International Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and relationship-building in Singapore and Australia.

Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for international markets, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, cultivating client networks, and driving sales revenue from overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and Australia.
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication, trust, and rapport.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, preparing tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and industry events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in international business development, sales, or client relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional yet warm and approachable style.
  • Confidence in handling overseas clients across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore and Australia when required.
