Administration Officer

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide support with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and ensure resources are well maintained.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 with Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in administration or office support role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
