Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations across multiple retail, ensuring performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and brand awareness in alignment with HQ direction.
- Directly manage the Operational Head, ensuring store teams (SPGs and operational staff) maintain high service and operational standards.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure casual leasing opportunities (mall atriums, high-traffic event spaces) to expand brand reach without committing to permanent venues.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends (including household item leasing opportunities) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency, revenue growth, and compliance with company targets.
- Implement training and performance management systems to develop staff capabilities and maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain strong landlord and partner relationships, particularly with mall management and event organizers.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record in Operations and Marketing leadership roles, preferably in retail, mall events, or toy/household product leasing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and deliver results in a competitive market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
