Role Overview:

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our Residential Services team in Gurgaon/NCR and Mumbai. The role involves market research, property inspections, and keeping our residential property inventory updated and accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market mapping and residential property surveys.

• Visit sites to collect and verify property details.

• Track occupancy status, owner details, and rental rates.

• Prepare property options lists and reports.

• Maintain a database of landlords, developers, and properties.

Requirements:

• Experience in property inspections or market research (residential real estate).

• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.

• Strong Engliah communication skills.

Required Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate
