Job Role

Our client, a leading provider of programmatic advertising solutions, is looking for a senior-level DSP (Demand-Side Platform) Account Executive to drive growth across its digital advertising platform, where your success will directly impact its market presence and revenue in Indonesia.

In this role, you will work closely with brands, agencies, and marketing teams to understand their advertising goals and recommend data-driven solutions through its Demand-Side Platform (DSP), and serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them maximize ROI through targeted, real-time media buying solutions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned digital media professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of online advertising technology, campaign performance, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend advertising strategies using a demand-side platform (DSP).
  • Drive new business growth by identifying potential advertisers and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at agencies and brands.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth setup, ongoing optimization, and overall campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights, present reports, and propose strategic improvements that align with client goals.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal technical and operational teams to ensure timely delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with trends in programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and digital media buying to deliver expert-level support and guidance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, preferably in HR Management or Psychology, or any related majors.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in the Sales/Business Development/Account Management roles.
  • Industry Expertise: Experienced working in digital advertising agencies.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive network and established relationships within the digital advertising agency community.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English on business and professional level, to communicate with the global teams on a daily basis.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Good communication and presentation skills, self-driven and highly motivated with good initiative and execution skills.
    • Numerate and analytical: Understanding online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus.
