As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Head of HR to join our HR team and help us foster a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of HR, you will lead and manage the full HR portfolio, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
· Overseeing core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
· Driving talent management and succession planning initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline.
· Partnering with the senior leadership team to implement HR strategies and transformation programs that support business growth.
· Advising managers and employees on HR policies and ensuring consistency in application.
· Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding.
· Supporting HR analytics, internal audits, and compliance processes.
Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for a motivated HR professional who is proactive, strategic, and people-centric.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (CIPM, SHRM, or postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.)
· Minimum 10 years’of proven work experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations.
· Strong understanding of HR best practices and strategic workforce planning.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
· Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and MS Office tools.
