About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven Tech Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will take full ownership of hiring for technical roles across engineering, product, and data functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tech roles (from sourcing to offer closure)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and internal networks
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit through structured interviews
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback loops, and offer negotiations
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS and generate hiring reports as needed
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends
- Proven ability to hire for roles like Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience hiring for startups or scaling tech teams
- Familiarity with remote hiring and international recruitment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
