We are looking for a proactive and creative Intern in Graphic Design, Marketing and Talent Support who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact. This role is ideal for recent graduates, especially those with AIESEC experience or similar leadership backgrounds, who are interested in building skills in design, digital marketing, recruitment, and project delivery.
As part of our team, you will support the creation of visual content, contribute to our digital marketing efforts, assist in recruitment-related tasks such as job posting and candidate sourcing, and help in the execution of client projects. You will gain valuable hands-on exposure to the hiring process and client collaboration, while developing a versatile skill set in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual and multimedia content for web, social media, campaigns, and internal use
- Design and maintain consistent brand visuals across all digital platforms
- Support content planning and publishing on social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns both organic and paid and help monitor their performance
- Learn about the hiring process and assist the recruitment team with job postings, sourcing, and candidate tracking
- Help maintain recruiting records, databases, and candidate pipelines
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promotional content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for engagement
- Support the organization of virtual events, team showcases, and digital campaigns
- Assist in client projects across different areas including design, marketing, and communication
- Conduct basic market and talent research to assist ongoing recruitment efforts
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in graphic design, marketing, communication, or business and recruitment
- Familiarity with AIESEC or similar leadership experience is a plus
- Good design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Curious and proactive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in learning about hiring, recruitment strategy, and candidate experience
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles including social media and SEO
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or email campaign tools is a plus
- Comfort using spreadsheets, online platforms, and collaborative tools
- Additional knowledge of website editors such as Odoo, Wix, or WordPress is a bonus
