Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across digital and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC, content).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials (brochures, blogs, ads, newsletters, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain and update the CRM and marketing databases.
  • Support lead generation and nurture programs in alignment with the sales team.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven marketing.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
