Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across digital and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC, content).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials (brochures, blogs, ads, newsletters, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain and update the CRM and marketing databases.
- Support lead generation and nurture programs in alignment with the sales team.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven marketing.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
