Job Summary:

The Art Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the visual aspects of creative projects, ensuring design excellence and alignment with brand identity. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and supervising the creation of engaging visuals across multiple platforms, while managing a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts, visual strategies, and design solutions for campaigns and projects.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling content.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team, providing constructive feedback and fostering creativity.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
