About the Role We’re looking for someone who can bring our brand to life online. This person will be in charge of creating content that connects, managing our social media presence, and helping us show up consistently and creatively across platforms. It’s part creative, part strategic, and definitely not boring.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage our social media calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content that aligns with our brand tone and resonates with our audience
- Brainstorm and execute content ideas that support campaigns, product updates, and events
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
- Track performance and use insights to improve future posts
- Stay updated on trends, memes, and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Operation) to gather content needs
- Occasionally create basic reels or video snippets using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Build a community—not just publish and disappear
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media
- Good eye for design and consistency
- Solid writing skills with a feel for tone and timing
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Comfortable using data to tweak content strategy
- Takes initiative and enjoys experimenting with new content formats
- Bonus: Photography, short video editing, or basic animation skills
