Sales Supportive Executive / Customer Support Executive

Are you a fast responder with strong communication skills and a flair for fashion? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Supportive Executive to coordinate our online sales across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok comments, messages & story replies
• Coordinate with packing and delivery teams for order follow-ups
• Maintain order records and update status reports daily
• Assist in uploading product details and replying during live sessions
• Support the online sales team in reaching monthly targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in online sales/chat support is an advantage
• Fast typing and communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, Instagram DM, TikTok
• Organized, proactive & a good team player
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced online retail environment
• Prefer candidates who reside in close proximity to Dehiwala
