Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and documentation.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and logistics departments.
• Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
• Prepare sales reports, analysis and presentations.
• Handle and update product catalogs and coordinate price/stock info.
• Upload and manage product listings on the website with accurate details and images.
• Coordinate and support fashion product photoshoots, ensuring samples, logistics, and timelines are managed.
• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and executing promotional content updates.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales coordination, digital content handling, or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic website/content management tools.
