Be Desi – our proudly local ethnic wear brand – is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence, product listings, and digital sales channels.

Responsibilities

Online Sales & Website Monitoring

• Monitor and update daily online sales performance (website & partner platforms)
• Track customer orders, delivery issues, and resolve order-related queries
• Ensure smooth functioning of the Be Desi website
• Measure and improve online conversion rates and product visibility

Product Uploads & Pricing

• Handle product uploads, descriptions, category assignments, and tagging
• Update prices, discounts, and stock statuses across all digital platforms
• Coordinate with the inventory team for product availability and updates

Marketing & Catalog Coordination

• Create and update product catalogs and digital brochures for campaigns and promotions
• Assist in planning social media campaigns, including promotions, sales events, and launches
• Liaise with the creative and marketing teams to ensure accurate product representation online
• Support in coordinating photoshoots, selecting visuals, and updating banners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales support or coordination
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to handle customer inquiries & quotations coordinate with sales team.
• Computer Literacy & the ability to work independently.
• Maintaining databases and sales reports.
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data & Coordinating the sales team by filing important documents and communicating relevant information
