We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations and support customers at our Protecto & Giggles showrooms where we sell leading Health, Wellness & Kids products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve showroom sales targets

• Upsell & cross-sell to increase ATV & UPT

• Convert walk-ins; track walk-outs with reasons

• Welcome customers and offer friendly, helpful service

• Handle phone and online inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Collect customer reviews; promote IG Club & WhatsApp group

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and display setup

• Uber and Pickme order handling

• Build product knowledge to guide customer decisions

• Share customer feedback and sales insights with marketing and supervisors

• Assist in stock arrangement & inventory checking

• Assist marketing team with shoots and initiatives
