About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in automating processes within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space. You’ll work closely with our operations and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, develop bots, and streamline repetitive workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots to automate RCM workflows
• Collaborate with RCM teams to understand process bottlenecks and recommend automation solutions
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot deployed bots for performance and accuracy
• Document technical designs, development processes, and bot functionality
• Ensure all automation complies with healthcare data security standards (HIPAA, etc.)
• Optimize existing bots for scalability and performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an RPA Developer (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools)
• Prior experience in healthcare/RCM automation projects is highly preferred
• Good understanding of RCM processes like billing, coding, AR, and denials
• Proficient in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, VBScript)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with database systems and API integrations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
