Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of new international business system projects, including optimization of existing systems in finance and logistics modules.
- Manage daily project implementation team operations, ensuring control of project schedule, costs, and risks; be accountable for project delivery.
- Identify and analyze user needs in overseas regions, propose process improvement solutions tailored to industry characteristics and SAP capabilities.
- Conduct on-site user requirement research, solution presentations, user training, and application guidance for overseas users.
- Prepare project documentation, including requirement analysis reports, blueprint design documents, and development specifications.
- Provide long-term on-site support at overseas subsidiaries, ensuring user support and system usage guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of finance and cost operations in the manufacturing industry, including general ledger, receivables, payables, assets, foreign currency, funds, taxes, and cost accounting. Prior experience in financial management is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly FICO module configuration and operation; familiarity with related modules such as MM and SD, and understanding of their integration with FICO.
- SAP implementation experience is a plus.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies; PMP or certifications in system integration/project management are advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills for understanding and guiding user needs; strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
- High sense of responsibility, patience, and service mindset; willingness to travel abroad frequently and accept long-term overseas assignments.
