Compensation: Base Salary: 40,000 LKR - 55,000 LKR per month (Depending on Experience) 💰

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations while maintaining a neat, organized sales floor. The role involves achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on product features, promotions, and trends to educate and assist customers.

Merchandising: Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.

Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handle returns, and maintain accurate cash drawer records.

Inventory Management: Assist in receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory counts as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and managers to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years of retail or customer service experience (preferred).

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Attitude: Positive, energetic, and motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
