Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Planning

• Develop and monitor the annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including AR/AP, GL, inventory accounting, and fixed assets.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Tax & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.), including timely submission of tax returns.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, taxation, and industry practices.

Cost Control & Inventory

• Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and operating costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage inventory levels and prevent losses.
• Implement and oversee internal control systems related to cost and inventory.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounting team.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to align finance initiatives with operational goals.
• Implement best practices in financial processes and tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and F&B operational finance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
