Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Planning
- Develop and monitor the annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations.
Accounting Operations
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including AR/AP, GL, inventory accounting, and fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.), including timely submission of tax returns.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, taxation, and industry practices.
Cost Control & Inventory
- Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and operating costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage inventory levels and prevent losses.
- Implement and oversee internal control systems related to cost and inventory.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounting team.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to align finance initiatives with operational goals.
- Implement best practices in financial processes and tools to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and F&B operational finance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
