Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory updates.
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and dealer coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • GCE A/L qualification; a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • A team player with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
