HR Supervisor (FnB)

  • HR Leadership & Supervision Supervise and guide 2 HR staff (based in Jakarta and Surabaya) Ensure effective HR operations across branches and support future expansion
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments Develop recruitment strategies to meet the aggressive headcount growth from 200 to 400 employees
  • Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs Build internal training frameworks and onboarding systems
  • Performance Management Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems Provide coaching to line managers on employee performance issues
  • HR System & Policy Development Lead initiatives to structure, refine, and document HR policies and procedures Set up and improve existing HR systems to support growth
  • General Affairs (GA) Oversee GA functions including asset management, office facilities, and support logistics Ensure compliance with health & safety and labor regulations
  • Business Expansion Support Actively support HR planning for opening of 3 new branches within 6 months Travel to Surabaya regularly to supervise team and support local operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and general affairs
  • Hands-on experience in developing or restructuring HR systems
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and communication skills
  • Willing to travel regularly for business trips (especially to Surabaya)
  • Experience in F&B or Hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Certified HR professional (e.g. CHRP, BNSP Sertifikasi HR) is a plus
