Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) tools to monitor and control data usage across SaaS platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies to prevent data exfiltration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft Defender for Cloud to enhance cloud workload protection and threat detection.
• Work closely with DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure teams to embed security into cloud deployments.
• Monitor and investigate alerts from security tools (SIEM, CASB, DLP, Defender).
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and security standards related to cloud and data security.
• Stay current with evolving cloud threats, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and Microsoft security stack updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Min 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1–2 years focused on cloud security.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CASB platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Netskope, McAfee MVISION)
  • DLP tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview DLP, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint)
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud and other Azure security solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, zero trust architecture, and data classification.
• Relevant certifications are a plus
