HR Executive – Talent Management

We're on a mission to shape exceptional employee experiences and we’re seeking a dynamic HR Executive – Talent Management to lead the way in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities· Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.· Coordinate and maintain the OKR-based performance management system.· Track, report, and act on employee performance and engagement data.· Assist in identifying learning needs and executing learning and development programs.· Support career progression and succession planning frameworks.· Execute employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback.· Maintain accurate records on talent movement and employee development.· Promote internal mobility and cross-functional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience· A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.· A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a talent management or HR generalist role.· Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and L&D coordination.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.· Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting tools is an added advantage.If you believe you’re the right fit for this role, please forward your complete resume along with contact details and the names of two non-related referees.
