Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CDP & Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and a deep understanding of customer data ingestion, real-time data pipelines, and AI-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to enable data-driven decision-making and hyper-personalized marketing at scale

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end customer data ingestion strategies from diverse sources (CRM, web, mobile, social, PoS, etc.) into a unified CDP.

• Build and maintain real-time streaming data pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, etc.

• Design and implement composable Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) leveraging modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and similar technologies.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML-driven customer segmentation models (behavioral, demographic, predictive — e.g., high CLV, churn-risk clusters).

• Perform advanced analytics, including: 

o Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) estimation

o Churn prediction and retention modeling o Attribution analysis to evaluate campaign ROI

o Sentiment and intent analysis using NLP on social media, chat, and survey data

o Next Best Action (NBA) models to dynamically recommend personalized offers, content, or touchpoints across channels.

o Propensity model to forecast the likelihood of customer actions such as purchases, upgrades, or churn.

• Build and operationalize predictive models and apply GenAI techniques for:

o Automated customer service chatbots

o Content generation and personalization

o Synthetic data generation for simulation and testing

• Implement real-time decisioning engines and API-based integrations with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) for dynamic campaign execution.

• Continuously monitor and tune models and pipelines for optimal performance and data freshness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, product, and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in CDP implementation and marketing analytics.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with cloud platforms and tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake.

• Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, transformers).

• Experience deploying GenAI applications and understanding of LLM frameworks.

• Familiarity with campaign attribution models, marketing funnels, and retention strategies.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Hightouch, Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data, Amperity, Simon data, or Salesforce CDP.

• Exposure to MLOps practices and model monitoring pipelines.

• Prior experience in B2C/D2C industries (e.g., retail, travel & hospitality, e-commerce). 

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)- IT, CS, E&CE, MCA
