Role Overview:

We are seeking an individual who possesses an eloquent disposition. This entails the ability to articulate thoughts with finesse, employing persuasive language. The ideal candidate should have the capacity to express intricate ideas in a lucid and compelling manner, meticulously selecting words to convey wisdom and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.).
• Assisting any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors.
• Handling day-to-day legal operations.
• Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition, merger and other corporate action.
• Updating legalities of the company's and its subsidiaries and establish a new subsidiaries.
• Overseeing the company's subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a distinguished and reputable University.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in FMCG sector.
• Demonstrate the capacity to thrive in high-pressure scenarios and navigate seamlessly through a fast-paced professional environment.
• Experience handling sales commercial division specifically for channel distribution legal related works.
