We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes social media, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can manage multiple brands with confidence and creativity.
Role Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies for a variety of client accounts. You’ll play a key role in content planning, writing, community management, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage social media platforms for multiple clients (responding and monitoring)
•Develop tailored content strategies and monthly calendars based on each client’s goals and industry
•Write creative, engaging, and brand appropriate captions and ad copy
•Work with the design team to brief and review visual content (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
•Run and optimize paid social campaigns (primarily Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
•Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights
•Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to improve results
•Communicate with clients (as needed) for approvals, feedback, or strategy alignment
•Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, SEO) to ensure campaign success
•Coordinate with the internal development team on the client's development projects.
