Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in planning, implementing, and overseeing supply chain strategies to ensure the efficient delivery of telecom-related products and services. This individual will work closely with project, logistics, and procurement teams to manage end-to-end supply operations, mitigate risks, and enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Risk Management - Design and review supply fulfillment scenarios, including logistics solutions, order fulfillment, and country-level resource planning.
- Conduct supply risk analysis (e.g., lead time, import licenses, BCM) during the bidding or pre-PO phase.
- Execution & Issue Resolution - Ensure timely and efficient execution of supply plans.
- Identify and resolve supply-related issues or risks to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Inventory & Cost Control - Manage inbound and outbound inventory plans.
- Control supply chain costs (logistics and inventory-related) and improve KPIs such as Inventory Turnover (ITO) and overdue inventory levels.
- Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Summarize project supply experiences to evaluate customer satisfaction, operational outcomes, and process effectiveness.
- Implement improvements based on data insights and feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management (planning, logistics, ordering, configuration, and bidding) or project delivery roles.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing operations.
- Familiarity with telecommunications project supply elements: configuration, planning, ordering, logistics, and contract terms.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and goal-driven.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory. -- Chinese language skills are a significant advantage.
