Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager – Merchant Acquisition, with a focus on merchants in the electronics and mobile phone segments. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-potential merchant partners to support our consumer financing services. You will act as a key driver in expanding our partner network and unlocking new revenue streams, while building long-term, value-driven relationships with top-tier merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Identify and approach key merchants in the electronics and mobile phone sector to establish new partnerships.
    • Lead end-to-end onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of merchant partners into our financing ecosystem.
  • Account Management & Growth
    • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing merchants to maximize partner engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Analyze merchant performance and develop tailored growth strategies to drive mutual value.
  • Sales & Target Achievement
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner offerings with market needs and financing products.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and shifts in the electronics and mobile phone retail landscape.
    • Provide actionable insights to support product and strategy development.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Function Coordination
    • Work closely with marketing, product, risk, and operations teams to ensure partner success and campaign execution.
    • Support initiatives that enhance the partner journey and deliver business value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in electronics, mobile phone, fintech, or multifinance industries.
  • Proven ability to build and grow high-value B2B relationships.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
