Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to support and manage the daily operations of offline channels and teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about telecom or digital retail industries, with a knack for customer service and channel management. Key Responsibilities
Support the management of daily operations for offline channels, ensuring seamless execution of activities and processes.
Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring offline teams to enhance sales techniques and customer service standards.
Facilitate sales meetings and training sessions to discuss market trends, share insights, and enhance team performance.
Monitor competitor activities, assess market impact, and suggest strategic adjustments when necessary.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and recommend actionable improvements.
Participate in initiatives to build and maintain strong customer relationships, aiming to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate in designing and implementing promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Assess the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze data, and propose improvements.
Collect and organize sales data to generate analytical reports that aid in decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in mobile phone or electronics.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently, following established Customer Service SOPs.
Quick learner who adapts well to a fast-paced work environment.
